BROMSGROVE cyclist David Barnes and Wyre Forest CRC team mate Chris Morris had a superb time trial race last Saturday.
Barnes was seventh and Morris third in the Worcester St Johns CC ten-mile time trial at Severn Stoke.
Morris finished strongly against a headwind in 23 minutes one second, with Barnes only 20 seconds behind.
Barnes and Morris were third and second respectively in the Ross on Wye 25-mile time trial 24 hours later.
Elsewhere, Bromsgrove's Joe Rowe was second in the 10-mile club time trial at Great Witley, just two weeks after sustaining leg injuries in a crash.
