THE Conservatives got their local election campaign started when shadow secretary of state for local government Caroline Spellman visited the Abbey Stadium recently.
The trip was part of her tour of the Midlands, which included Redditch, Coventry and Stratford.
And on Monday, shadow secretary of state for health Andrew Lansley concluded his tour of Worcestershire hospitals with a visit to the Alexandra.
Conservative councillor Karen Lumley accompanied the MP on his parliamentary visit.
