NOTED an article in the Evening News regarding the fact that the authorities have £3.5m to spend on getting people to cycle and use public transport in Worcester.
If the cycle track that has just been laid across the Link Common in Malvern is anything to go by, then this latest scheme is not going to amount to very much.
The authorities spend all this money on public transport and yet we do not see any real improvements.
