BARNARDS Green, like many other clubs in the region, had a complete washout last weekend.
They hope for a drier week and to open their Worcestershire League division three account tomorrow (Saturday) with the first XI entertaining Worcester Dominies at North End Lane (1.30) and the singles entertaining local rivals West Malvern at Newland.
Green's junior nets for 7-13 year olds are being held on Wednesdays, 6.30pm till 8pm, and will go on through till late July.
