A plan to knock down part of a brick wall on Oak Street, Upton, has been submitted. Helen Fetherstonehaugh, of London-based Fetherstonehaugh Associates, wants to demolish part of a wall near Willowbank, in School Lane, to allow vehicular access for a proposed dwelling. Ms Fetherstonehaugh has applied to Malvern Hills District Council for listed building consent.
