The clerk to Upton Town Council will retire in the summer. Priscilla Beattie will be replaced by Gillian Jennings, who has worked as clerk to Charlton Kings Parish Council, near Cheltenham. Ms Jennings will work alongside Mrs Beattie until her retirement.
