THE third meeting of the Cotswold Youth Grasstrack Club meeting takes place on Sunday.
The venue for all the club's seven meetings this year is Ashdown Farm, Knowle Hill, Badsey. The club is open to children and young adults from six to 16, providing competitive fun, entertainment and an enjoyable day out for the whole family.
Youth Grasstrack Racing is a specialist motor cycle sport staged on an oval design similar to speedway but, as the name suggests, raced on grass!
A race licence is needed costing £35 per year or the club can supply day licences at £10 per meeting. Contact the Auto Cycle Union on 01789 566400 for application forms and a handbook.
