THE ladies section of the Ludlow Golf Club held its first open meeting of the season on April 21.
The competition was mixed with each team having four players, two ladies and two gentlemen playing off -handicaps, the best ladies and gents score to count on each hole.
Considering the adverse weather the scores returned were reasonably good.

1 Mr and Mrs D Pearce; Mr S and Mrs J Jones 73pts (back 9); 2 Mrs M Hill and Mrs J Kelly; Mr G Richards and Mr I Bissell 73pts; 3 Mrs Y Southhall and Mrs A Knight; Mr M Weaver and Mr G Yeats 72pts.
