CECIL Duckworth has thanked the board of England Rugby Limited for their 'positive' approach to Wor-cester's Premiership bid.
The Sixways chairman re-ceived the green light for their Premiership entry last week and confirmation of planning permission for their new East Stand will also be sent off to the Rugby Football Union today.
"They have been very positive and very efficient," said Duckworth. "They only re-ceived the audit of Sixways last Monday and we had confirmation through by Thursday last week."
