HAS anyone been receiving "silent calls" from commercial organisations? I had seven in less than an hour the other day.
The monkey brain who devised the system must realise that no one is ever going to buy anything from a company which behaves like this.
There is a way of blocking such calls, but it is only free for one month.
After that, you automatically pay for it - Silent Calls Blocking 0870 4443969. All commercial calls can be blocked by dialling 0800 398893 - this is a free service.
I hope this information is helpful to the probable thousands of annoyed telephone subscribers, like me.
