MARTIN Morgan believes that Penzance & Newlyn will take 'a beating' tomorrow.

The former Worcester Rugby Club lock will skipper the Pirates in the National One clash with the Warriors but he's not expecting an upset.

Penzance have gradually improved after their promotion last season, but Morgan is realistic over their chances as they lock horns with the leaders.

Worcester are 18 points clear of Orrell in the National One table and are nailed on favourites to take their place in the Premiership next season.

"Let's be honest we are going to take a beating tomorrow whichever way you look at it," said Morgan.

"Worcester are the best side in this league by a mile and they haven't had trouble against any team this season.

"We view the game as a good one in the sense that we are playing the best in the league who will be in the Premiership next season.

"However, if we can pick up a point from the match by scoring four tries then it will be viewed as a successful afternoon."

Morgan left Worcester last season to link up with the Newport-Gwent Dragons but had his contract paid up following their drop into administration. After a brief spell at Coventry, the 25-year-old has found life in Cornwall to his liking.

"It's fantastic down here," he said. "We've moved down here and we love it -- who wouldn't? On the playing side, we're slowly improving but we are desperate to make sure we stay out of relegation trouble."
