THERE seems little point in slating manager Ian Britton because he is out of his depth.
He is okay working with youth teams but he should never have been given the job when you consider he has never managed at any senior level.
Now I hope the chairman and board, who made this appointment, will have the strength to bring in someone who has managed at Football League level and has the pedigree to pull us out of this perilous position.
