KIDDERMINSTER Harriers' director of football Jan Molby has admitted that he has made an offer to Tamworth for Scott Rickards.
The former Liverpool star said earlier this week that he was interested in the transfer- listed striker.
No official offer was made at that stage, however, as it was believed that the Nationwide Conference club's valuation was too high for cash-strapped Harriers.
Molby has now made Lambs boss Darren Gee and undisclosed offer which has been rejected.
The Kidderminster chief declined to comment on whether the latest development will end his interest in the former Derby County campaigner.
