MANAGER Jan Molby is hoping for another man-of-the-match performance from striker Andy White when Kidderminster Harriers take on York City in a Nationwide League Division Three clash at Bootham Crescent tomorrow (3pm).

White, whose loan period from Mansfield runs out at the end of the month, was Harriers star player when they stepped up their relegation fight last Saturday with a 2-1 home win over Leyton Orient.

The 22-year-old is hoping to earn a permanent deal at Aggborough and his performances have given Molby the kind of selection headache he enjoys.

He already has Danish striker Jesper Christiansen waiting to make his debut as soon as his move from OB Odense can be finalised when the transfer window opens on January 1. Bo Henriksen is also aiming to secure a regular spot in the starting line-up, while John Willi-ams has been making his mark up front.

Molby said: "It gives me a bit of a problem, but that's the idea isn't it? The idea is to get more people in fighting for those first 11 places.

"Obviously we have got Henriksen looking for a starting place and Christiansen coming in so it's a problem, but it's a nice problem to have.

"I can live with that as it creates options because more often than not it's going to be your strikers who are going to provide you with your goals. The more options we have here the better."

Harriers have lost just once in their last seven outings and Molby is looking for another lift in their fortunes against mid-table York who have lost just once in the league at home this season.

He said: "I think it's a winnable game, but you have to be impressed by their home record. But if we show the same mental approach that we did recently at Woking then I think anything can happen."

Sean Parrish and Kenny Coleman are both expected to be out with injuries.
