HARD-up Kidderminster Harriers could rake in another £100,000 from next Tuesday's FA Cup third round replay with Wolverhampton Wanderers at Molineux.

The tie has already earned them more than £100,000 from Saturday's match at Aggborough which ended in a 1-1 draw.

Harriers' chairman Colin Youngjohns said it was too early to predict exactly how much cash the replay would generate for the club who are forced to operate on a tight budget in the Nationwide League Third Division.

Irrespective of possible money from television coverage, he felt up to a further £100,000 was not out of the question.

"It's unbelievable. It's like selling Lee Hughes again," said Youngjohns, who watched Premiership strugglers Wolves force a replay with a dramatic 89th minute equaliser.

He added that not all the cup revenue would go towards new players. "We have never done that in all the years we have been doing it.

"At the end of the day you have got to find a happy balance between strengthening the team and strengthening the infra-structure because there are a lot of other things about the club which we need to improve.

"Although it's good the club is profitable and not losing money we need to be better than we are in other areas."

Harriers went into this afternoon's fourth round draw after a result which Youngjohns described as 'almost unbelievable'.

He said: "I thought back to all the people who have helped get us where we are. To those who have all played a part in getting to this point where we can take Wolves to a good game of football and almost beat them. It has been a resounding success with regard to our financial strategy for it.

"It's also big money for Wolves because like us they need money for the same reasons because they are having the same problem operating in the Premiership as we are at our level."

Harriers have been given an initial allocation of 3,000 tickets for the Steve Bull Stand. They will go on sale at Aggborough from 9am tomorrow. Prices are £14 for adults, £11 for OAPs and £5 for under 16s.

Youngjohns said: "Because we met all our financial targets for Saturday's game we have agreed lower charges as a thank you to our supporters."
