NEWCOMER Jesper Christiansen believes Kidderminster Harriers still have a chance of beating Wolves in Tuesday's FA Cup third round replay at Molineux.

The 23 year-old Danish striker made his debut for Harriers last Saturday when they drew 1-1 with the Premiership strugglers.

He said: "Nobody thought we'd win or get a draw on Saturday and every-thing is possible, but it's going to be extremely difficult. We'll just have to go there and give it our best shot."

Harriers incentive to beat Wolves is a home tie against West Ham United.

Christiansen, due to make his Nationwide League Division Three debut at Manfield Town today, said: "West Ham are a big club, but I still think we have to concentrate on the game on Tuesday first. That's a hurdle we have got to get over."

Harriers boss Jan Molby's was pleased with Christiansen's perform-ance last Saturday.

"He's a very fit boy, very focused, but let's not forget that he was up against some very good players. He's strong and he's quite quick and he'll score his goals.

Christiansen aims to follow in the goalscoring footsteps of his fellow countryman Bo Henriksen who was alongside him up front last Saturday.

Molby said "Bo got himself 20 league goals last season which was very impressive. Maybe years ago that used to be the norm for a striker but these days it's slightly different because you ask strikers to do more work. They have got to do more defensive work and they have got to be more involved in link-up play. But I think a striker at any level who gets himself 15 or 20 goals has done extremely well."
