DIRECTOR of football Jan Molby has told his Kidderminster Harriers players that their pride is at stake in to-night's FA Cup third round replay against Premiership strugglers Wolves at Molineux.

Harriers go into the clash (7.45) as rank outsiders after Wolves earned a second bite of the cherry with a dramatic last-gasp equaliser in a 1-1 draw at Aggborough.

Molby said: "Whatever happens we've got to make sure that when we come out of it there will be some pride. A heavy defeat is the last thing we want because that would set us back without a shadow of a doubt.

"Obviously, it's an occasion hopefully we'll be able to enjoy, but there's always a downside isn't there? The downside is you get a hiding -- that's always a possibility when you go to these grounds.

"When we drew at Aggborough we realised there's a downside and I believe in their last couple of games Wolves have shown enough to be capable of turning us over. But the players are well motivated and they are looking forward to it.

"I sensed that in training yesterday because it's different, it's not a league game.

"I think if it had been a league game they might have been a little bit low because of Saturday's defeat at Mansfield.

"But it's a different game and it's one they know they have nothing to lose."

Molby is aiming to keep today's build-up to the match as normal as he can. "We did that last time and I think it worked. We managed to relax the players and the game at Aggborough held no fears. Tonight shouldn't either."

Yesterday's Harriers training session included penalty-taking, particularly after Saturday's damaging spot kick miss against Mansfield which ended in a 1-0 defeat.

"Whether that will be needed tonight or not we don't know, but we did it just in case," said Molby, who revealed that Harriers will be adopting a 4-4-2 formation as opposed to having just one striker as in recent away games.

He also said that midfielder Danny Williams will be back after injury to replace cup-tied Adam Murray.

The clash is expected to attract a 'gate' of around 20,000 with the winners set to face a home tie against First Division West Ham United in the next round.

FORMCAST: Kidderminster to bow out 3-1.
