JAN Molby is urging his Kidderminster Harriers relegation fighters to produce a 'same again' performance against York City in tomorrow's Nationwide League Division Three clash at Aggborough.

The Harriers boss was happy with their display on Tuesday, which secured a precious 2-1 home victory over Northampton Town, and wants them to repeat the medicine against the mid-table Minstermen.

Molby said: "If we show the same spirit, work rate and appetite to go forward and create chances we have got to have a chance of beating them.

"We need another four or five wins to make absolutely sure of being safe, but if we continue to show improved form like we did on Tuesday then we've got to have a chance."

Following their victory over the Cobblers, Molby's men moved up to fifth from bottom in the table, six points away from the relegation zone while York are in 13th spot after a goalless draw at high-flying Oxford United on Wednesday night.

Midfielder Dean Keates scored in Harriers' win over Northampton and is eager for them to build on what was their second victory in three outings.

He said: "It means nothing if we don't back it up. It's a nice feeling when you look at the table and there's five teams between us and the bottom. The table looks a bit healthier but we've got to get something from tomorrow's game.

"There's 12 games left and we need another four wins to be safe. If we can get three points tomorrow, that would be a massive result.

"If you get back-to-back wins and put a run together, it builds your confidence. It really does have a snowball effect."

Molby will again be without Matt Gadsby, Lee Jenkins and Adam Willis. Gadsby has been suffering from a stomach problem while Jenkins is making good progress following his knee operation. Willis has been referred to a hospital in Birmingham for treatment for a neck injury.

Harriers will entertain Sutton Coldfield Town in the semi-final of the Worcestershire Senior Cup on Tuesday, March 30 (7.45). The winners will face Worcester City.

FORMCAST: Harriers to win 1-0.
