KIDDERMINSTER Harriers' director of football Jan Molby is keen to extend the loan spell of central defender Adrian Viveash.

The 34 year-old's last match under his current one month loan stint from Swindon Town is due to be in today's Nationwide League Division Three clash against Lincoln City at Sincil Bank.

Former Liverpool star Molby, however, is eager to extend the deal and says: "He was quite keen to come here for a month and play.

"I've spoken to his manager Andy King who has said as far as he's concerned if his players didn't pick up any suspensions or injuries he would maybe talk about extending the deal. But there will have to be a decision made by the player.

"He's done well for us. He was as poor last Saturday against Macclesfield as everybody else, but prior to that he'd had a massive impact in the little mini four-match unbeaten run we'd had.

"We'd like to keep him for another month."

Viveash has 18 months left on his Swindon contract but admits that he is unsure about his future at the County Ground when the campaign closes.

He said: "If Swindon do win promotion this season then I may not be part of the manager's plans anyway and maybe I'll have to look elsewhere anyway.

"The manager at Swindon is aware of my situation and has commented the matches I have got at Kidderminster have made me look sharper in training."
