TOOLES Transport has launched a new express distribution service for consignments of palletised freight to Ireland and Scotland.
The firm, based on the Berry Hill Industrial Estate, near Droitwich, already has a UK and Irish service. It has started the new service through its membership of the Palletways network, which is centred on two hubs in Staffordshire and Edinburgh.
Tooles Transport collects products from customers in its catchment area and transports it to either Palletways hub.
John Toole, principal of Tooles Transport, said the new service was a natural part of the firm's expansion since joining the Palletways network and meant it could provide "unrivalled" coverage for express distribution of small, palletised consignments.
