TALENTED youngsters from Worcestershire Youth Dance Company are limbering up for a massive dance event next week.
The youngsters will be joined by teenagers from all over the West Midlands for the colourful dance spectacle at Worcester's Swan Theatre.
It is the first time that West Midlands dance companies have had the chance to come together to perform an original programme of contemporary dance.
Birmingham Youth Dance Company, Staffordshire Youth Dance, ACE Youth, Reflex Dance Company and Attitude Dance Company from Hereford will be joining Worcestershire Youth Dance Company when the event takes place on Friday, April 2.
Worcestershire Youth Dance Company was formed in September 2003 and is made up of 35 young people aged between 10 and 19 years old from schools around the county.
The company rehearses on a Friday evening at Bishop Perowne C of E High School, in Merrimans Hill Road, Worcester, with leaders Rachael Alexander and Clare Wood.
The Swan Theatre event starts at 7.30pm.
