COUNCIL tax payers in Hartlebury have seen the same rise in district council rates for the fifth year running.
The demand from Wychavon District Council was again 2.5 per cent, putting an extra £2.29 on a band D property.
District councillors voted through the figure last week, giving the authority £94.03 a year from a band D homeowner.
Fire, police and county council precepts mean an extra £1,022.42 for band D tax payers. Parish precepts will be added to that figure.
