The annual meeting will be held at Kidderminster TA Centre on Sunday at 11.30am.
A social evening will be held at the centre on Saturday, March 20, in aid of the War Memorial Conservation Trust.
The event will start at 7.45pm, and there will be a cabaret and refreshments.
