WYRE Forest Brintons will want to quickly forget Saturday's visit to Tenbury United after a sound 5-1 beating.
Slack defending cost Forest Brintons who also created few chances as they slipped below their rivals in the table.
Tenbury went ahead after five minutes through Karl Pearson and the same player added a second after 20 minutes.
Lee Jordan had two good chances to level the scores, the first a one-on-one but his poor shot was easily saved by the Tenbury keeper Byron Davies.
Jordan was unlucky with his second attempt as he beat Davies only to see the ball cannon back off the post.
Neil Perks reduced the deficit from the penalty spot before Tenbury struck again through John Walsh from close range.
Walsh and Michael Foster grabbed further goals for Tenbury in the second half, while only the superb tackling of Jack Wassell kept the score down.
Forest Brintons then lost 6-0 at title favourites Gornal on Tuesday night.
The players are asked to meet at 1.30pm for Saturday's game with Reality Sports.
