VILLAGE CLEANUP: AT a recent meeting of the parish council it was decided that the annual village cleanup day would be on Saturday, April 17.
All those wishing to help should meet at the Old School parking area at 10am to pick up bags.
The council would like to point out to homeowners who have
overhanging branches onto footpaths that it is their responsibility to keep them in trim. Please help in keeping pavements clear.
Broadband is a topic that many are concerned about and councillors have urged villagers to register with BT. You are under no obligation but would help in reaching the threshold level. The next meeting of the council will be on April 4 with the annual village meeting on May 17.
