A THIEF on a bike snatched a man's wallet from his hand while he was standing on a Hereford street.
Police are appealing for witnesses who may have seen the thief strike in East Street, at the rear of The Booth Hall, at round 2pm on Friday, February 20.
After snatching the wallet, the cyclist fled down Castle Street.
He is described as white, about 30 years old and was wearing a black woolly Adidas hat, a black jacket and blue jeans. He had dark, collar-length hair and was riding a yellow mountain bike.
