BROMSGROVE and Redditch Table Tennis League division one basement side SPSP were whitewashed 10-0 by leaders Lickey Monarchs in the latest round of matches.
Another 10-0 victory went to West Midland Phones A at Droitwich B. Droitwich B also had another game against Droitwich A, losing 6-4. Tony Birch won all his games for the A team with Gordon Nicklin getting two.
Carter Retail A had a terrific game at Barnt Green B, just getting home 6-4. Barnt Green A had a good 8-2 home against West Midland Phones A and Astwood Bank won 8-2 at West Midland Phones A.
Division two leaders Hillcrest saw off Droitwich C 9-1 with Alan McLoughlan and Graeme Farrall both winning three games as well as the doubles.
Lickey Roc's beat Studley Road Terriers 7-3, Studley Road Bulldogs went down 8-2 at home to Barnt Green Hornets and West Midland Phones C beat Barnt Green Hornets by the same score.
