IN the light of the recent publicity regarding the surgeon Mr Tudor, I would like to make the following comments.
Mr Tudor administered to my wife, he diagnosed her illness and within a few weeks performed a three-and-a-half-hour major operation which, due to his skill and diligence, was successful.
He was a tower of strength and was one of the most caring and professional individuals I have ever met. There must be hundreds - if not thousands of patients and relatives who are in our position and should be heard and support this extraordinary individual and surgeon.
Please therefore, get some balance in your reporting and provide more representative and equitable articles!
What this man has provided and still provides is a fantastic resource in our community and is something we must encourage, support and be very thankful for.
Grateful
