REDDITCH Music Society's concert on Saturday will be given by critically acclaimed young South African baritone William Berger.
Accompanied by John Reid on the piano, his programme is entitled Wanderlust - A 19th Century Voyage and includes Vaughan Williams' Songs of Travel, Dvorak's Gypsy Songs and songs by Schubert.
He has appeared as a soloist in concerts, opera and oratorio all over the world, including the USA, Australia and Europe. Nearer to home, he sang in Carmina Burana with the CBSO at Symphony Hall.
The concert is at the Ecumenical Centre at 7.30pm and admission is £7.50 (concessions £6.50) on the door with accompanied children of school age admitted free.
