TWO free talks being held at Webheath Village Hall next Wednesday will aim to take the mystery out of hypnotherapy.
A new hypnotherapy practice has just opened in Bromsgrove by STOP & Rethink Consultancy Ltd and organisers are keen to let Redditch people know more about how this form of treatment can help them.
A spokesman said: "Many people have preconceived ideas about therapy, whether that be traditional counselling or hypnotherapy and this can make them apprehensive and nervous about seeking help if they need it in their lives.
"STOP is taking the mystery out of hypnotherapy and spreading the message that it is good for you."
There will be two free talks at Webheath Village hall on Wednesday, March 10, at 3.30pm and a second at 5.30pm to discuss how hypnotherapy can help with weight reduction. Everyone is welcome to attend.
