GENEROUS motorcycle scramblers have helped the Droitwich Spa division of St John Ambulance buy a new emergency vehicle.
Cotswold Enduro-Motocross Group are supported by the charity at many of their events and handed over a cheque for £500 at a recent dinner.
"Without St John, we would be unable to run any of our events," said the group's chairman, Pete Carter: "The guys are a major part of our team and are highly committed to the job they do. Our donation to them is a small token of our appreciation."
St John Ambulance divisional superintendent Kathy Fulloway thanked the group.
"I'm exceptionally grateful to Cotswold Enduro Group for their donation and to everyone who has assisted with the Ambulance Appeal," she said.
"We hope to take deliver of the new vehicle in the next 10 weeks."
