LAST Friday marked one year since the death of footballer Ashley Read.
As a tribute, Bromsgrove Rovers chairman Tom Herbert presented Ashley's girlfriend Caroline Hill with a plaque at last Saturday's league game with Swindon Supermarine (pictured).
The plaque will be placed in the Victoria Ground club's board room in memory of Ashley, who died following a car accident in February 2003.
