PEOPLE who want to increase their knowledge of drug problems can attend a free seminar tomorrow.

The Wychavon Community Safety Partnership funded scheme will offer an introduction to drugs training.

Those who wish to continue will have the opportunity to attend free training courses at colleges to gain a certificate in the subject.

The one-day session is being delivered by People in Vision, a group trained in this field.

"We have run these seminars for the last year and more than 200 people have attended," said David Hemming, the district council's safety co-ordinator.

"It is a one-off commitment for people who are interested in this subject, which will give them a better understanding of drugs."

The seminar will be held at the Civic Centre, Queen Elizabeth Drive, Pershore.
