I HAVE just read John Norwood's letter about a three-year-old boy propelled 50 feet by a car travelling at 37mph.
He says: "If the car was travelling at 30 mph, there was a good chance he would have lived."
"A good chance" is an opinion, not a fact! Let's have facts about speeding, not opinions.
Mrs Evans was done for doing 36mph. The law lets you do 35mph.
Let the punishment fit the crime. Don't persecute middle-aged women.
