At the autumn meeting, Alison Walshe, who is leading discussions on behalf of the three Worcestershire Primary Care Trusts, explained her hand-out, which is entitled Bid for Funding for the Expansion Multi-disciplinary Teams to Support the Provision of Care for Sufferers of ME.
It is understood that Worcestershire PCTs are planning to submit a bid in April. This is the second phase in the bid process, to consider applications for local multi-disciplinary teams.
Meetings will be held at Unity House, Stanley Road, Worcester, on Wednesday, February 11 and Monday, February 16, to which people with ME, CFS and FMS, carers, friends relative, and members of the medical profession will be welcome.
