PUPILS at Abbey Park Middle School, in Pershore, made a furry friend when members of the Dogs Trust paid the youngsters a visit.
Pooch Logan joined Trust carer Kate Careless, yesterday, in a talk to the children about the charity's work.
The organisation aims to find homes for animals which can no longer be cared for by their owners.
The visit was part of the school's Citizenship programme, which aims to promote a sense of responsibility, care and a general knowledge of society.
The children listened to the talk before spending time stroking Logan.
