CHADDESLEY Corbett's defence remained firm as they moved up to second in North Midlands Three with a 15-0 win at Essington.
They completed the double over the home side by getting off to a perfect start through Ben Towe's try from a Carl Booth assist.
Nick White converted and Chaddesley continued to dominate by using the strong wind to good effect.
They constantly ran the ball at Essington but forward and dropped passes cost them extra points.
Essington hit back but were denied by strong defending, particularly from Damien Ash.
A White penalty increased Chaddesley's lead 10 minutes into an even second period.
They wrapped up the match with Towe's second try following Andy Collete's strong run and a set-up from scrum-half Pete Goodyear.
