THE Meningitis Trust would like to take this opportunity to thank readers for helping Focus DIY stores raise a fantastic £21,121 towards the Support for Life appeal.
Stores across the UK held fun days in September and raised an amazing £100,000 nationwide for the Meningitis Trust.
The Support for Life Appeal was launched in September by The Countess of Wessex and aims to raise £4m to provide specialist support services to those affected by meningitis.
These include a 24-hour nurse-led Helpline, financial grants, counselling and home visits.
Through the continued commitment of your readers and companies like Focus DIY, we can continue the fight against meningitis across the UK.
