I WAS going to have my hair done in Lichfield Avenue, and somehow tripped over.
The man who cleans my windows was nearby with a young lady who had a mobile phone.
She dialled for an ambulance, which was there in a couple of minutes.
I would like to thank both of them and also the paramedics who attended.
I had a bad nose bleed and was taken to the Worcester Royal hospital where I was seen almost immediately.
Considering the number of people complaining about the length of time they have to wait, I have nothing but praise and thanks for the attention I received.

MAX Nottingham says we are like parrots of paracetamol. I suppose that's better than being herons on heroin.
