GETTING money and land for affordable housing will be a key challenge for Festival Housing Group in the months ahead, says its chief executive.
Guy Weston, speaking after the publication of the group's annual review, said the group has to be part of the debate over the future of North Site, which is earmarked for around 400 homes over the next few years.
He outlined developments in key areas of its work such as a dedicated repairs team and a free telephone number for tenants to report repairs, the efforts to combat anti-social behaviour
Other highlights for the year, were the Queen's visit to Harling Court in Ledbury during her tour of Herefordshire.
The group has 5,000 homes around Ledbury, Malvern and Bromyard.
