PEOPLE who receive benefits for council tax or housing should know what to expect from Malvern Hills District Council.
At a meeting on Tuesday the council agreed to improve its strategy for awarding benefit and make the information more easily available to the public.
The council also approved a scheme allowing Elgar Housing Association to assess its tenants' benefit requirements.
