MALVERN planners have given the thumbs-up to former offices in a conservation area is being turned into six flats.
The scheme relates to 211 Worcester Road, Malvern and will involve an extension to the rear of the existing building, which is set back from the road, and off-road parking for eight vehicles.
A Worcester Road resident raised concerns the proposed development would block out their sunlight and cause an increase in traffic, removing any privacy they have.
But planners granted approval to the proposed scheme at a meeting of the southern area's planning committee on Wednesday.
