TWO directors of a business selling, leasing and maintaining plant displays that failed with total debts estimated at around £100,450 have given undertakings not to hold directorships.
Andrew Banner, aged 46, and Carol Ann Banner, 49, of Oasthouse Close, Stoke Heath, Bromsgrove, also gave undertakings not to take part in company management for a period of three and five years respectively.
The undertakings were in respect of their conduct as directors of Floraglade Ltd, which carried out business from premises at Unit 1, Primrose Nurseries, Bromsgrove.
Acceptance
Acceptance of the undertakings on Monday, November 24 prevents the pair from being a director of a company or, in any way, whether directly or indirectly, being concerned or taking part in the promotion, formation or management of a company.
Floraglade Ltd was placed into voluntary liquidation on November 29, 2001, with estimated debts of £100,450 owed to creditors.
