The bazaar and rummage sale were a success. The skittles team won their latest match.
At the December meeting Margaret Lillis took names for the members wishing to attend the group carol concert when the hosts were Foley Park.
The speakers were John and Annette Christopher, owners of Albrighton Pottery, who came at short notice as the arranged speaker was taken ill.
Mr Christopher talked about the history of pottery and everyone was then given a piece of clay and asked to make the shape of a biscuit, also putting an initial on it. Mrs Christopher made these into a bowl-shape, fired it, and gave it to the group.
Mrs Lillis won the competition.
A members' party will be held on January, 6, at Franche church hall, when members should take a plate, dish, knife, fork, spoon and wine glass.
