PUPILS from Bredon School competed in a football match designed to promote the work of the army. Youngsters from Y11 took on pupils from Swindon, Gloucester, Cheltenham and Tewkesbury at Monday's event, at Bentham Country Club, near Brockworth.
The day was run by the Gloucester and Swindon Army Careers Offices and between matches soldiers were on hand to chat to teenagers interested in joining the Army.
