ANYONE who fancies their chances of surviving in the wild can find out whether they have got what it takes.
TV presenter Ray Mears, known to millions for his series Ray Mears World of Survival, will be giving a talk at Malvern Theatres on Tuesday.
From the age of sixteen, Mr Mears had a passion for the natural environment.
He taught himself the art of 'bushcraft', how to exploit nature's resources without damaging the environment.
His dedication and skill has led him into teaching and writing and has taken him all over the world, including six months spent as part of Ffiona Campbell's around-the-world team, covering dangerous terrain in Africa.
The talk will take place at the Forum Theatre from 7.30pm. Tickets are £8, students £6, from 01684 892277.
