A COLLEGE has scooped a top accolade after receiving an Investors in People Award.
Hard work, effort and the necessary business infrastructure all helped RNIB New College, in Whittington Road achieve top marks.
Paul Dawson, from the Chamber of Commerce, said it was unusual for schools to achieve this award.
"There have only been a handful of schools in the past given the investors award, so it's testament to the long hours, dedication and work put in by staff to achieve this," he said.
Mr Dawson added that everyone at the college had been completely committed and he hoped other colleges could follow this success.
