A SPONSORSHIP deal ties in quite nicely with the tenth anniversary of the Littleton Table Tennis Club.
It was ten years ago that Ken Baker set things in motion with one table and borrowed equipment on a night when just six players turned up to help set the club on the way to what has been a successful future.
And now, thanks to the generosity of Mark Kibble and Paul Houlton, the team will be kitted out with a club shirt emblazoned with sponsors H2O Plumbing and Heating.
The company has a long association with the Evesham and District Association, having already put their name to the Third Division.
Littleton has produced many fine players with Neil Bishop, Emma Talbot and Eleanor Lasota all representing Worcestershire juniors, while Lasota, Bruce Ford and Grace Ford and Leanne Sully have all won county schools titles.
Sully is the current Cadet Girls champion and the club also boasts the talents of Ladies Singles champion Jill Stride and starts a new season confident of bringing more success to the club.
