BUBBLY youngsters from a Droitwich school put their best foot forward to raise cash for charity.
Whitford Hall and Dodderhill School pupils took part in a sponsored "Toddle Waddle" on Tuesday, October 7.
Parents, staff and friends cheered them on as they made their way around the Crutch Lane playing field to raise much-needed cash for the Meningitis Trust.
The event was organised by reception class teacher Lydia Bone and Kindergarten teacher Margot Archer. The amount they raised is yet to be announced.
Lydia said: "The Meningitis Trust is dear to our heart because of the age of the children we teach. We became particularly interested in supporting the charity after the meningitis case in Bromsgrove earlier this year.
"The children had a fantastic time. They made duck hats and were given balloons and thoroughly enjoyed themselves. The weather was also kind to us."
The Meningitis Trust provides support to sufferers and their families. For information call the helpline on 0845 6000 800.
