STUDLEY boss Mark Chambers labelled his team as 'awful' after crashing to Stourbridge.

The Bees had won three Midland Football Alliance games on the bounce before being held at Oldbury last week but Chambers was left an unhappy man after Saturday's outing.

The home side succomb to a goal in each half after conjuring up only half chances going forward against a side now laying just three places below them in ninth.

"We really were awful," admitted Chambers. "We just didn't perform against a Stourbridge team who showed that are still pretty useful. I was confident before the game of us getting a result but then we were pretty disappointing on the day."

The Bees now look set to miss Mark Crisp for Saturday's trip to Bromyard in the FA Vase first-round proper after he broke his nose against Stourbridge.
